By using the MailBanana platform you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

MailBanana provides bulk email queue, templates, recipient lists, and API-based sending through your own SMTP account. Sending infrastructure belongs to the user.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. SMTP credentials are stored on your account; secure access is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

Spam, fraud, or illegal content is prohibited.
Recipient consent and compliance with applicable law are the user’s responsibility.
Use that harms third-party systems is prohibited.

5. Plans, Payment, and Refunds

Paid plans are digital services; withdrawal rights may not apply after activation. Current prices are on the Plans page.

6. Disclaimer

MailBanana is not liable for send content, recipient lists, or SMTP provider outages. The service is provided “as is”.
